Shipping & Returns
Shipping
- All products are generally shipped as soon as possible within 5 business days of your order. We ask you to allow us a 5-7 business day period for shipping. Thus you can expect your order at your date within 1-2 weeks of your order date.
- The reason for this is because we have to hand make each and every single product. It takes a lot of work and effort in our small workshop. Sometimes I get 10-15 orders per day. We have to make each and every one of these by hand with a great deal of precision. Please be patient as I will make sure you receive an impeccable product.
- To Our International Customers: Please note that if you are ordering from outside of the US/UK/Canada - there may be duty fees associated with your order which vary based on the region you are ordering from. Fedex will collect this from you when they deliver or this can be paid to Fedex online. This is not our charge but Fedex's.*
Returns
- Due to COVID and the public safety of our clients which is our utmost priority - we only accept returns within 7 days of delivery in their original packaging, un-used, sealed.
- If any of the requirements aforementioned are not met, a return will not be granted.
- Buyer must pay for return shipping.
- No returns on personalized items or custom orders.
Cancellations
- We accept cancellations only if your climber has not started production.
- Please contact me first via our contact us page to find out if it has started or finished production.
Broken Part/Damaged Item
- If there is any damage upon receipt of your climber, or if any part is not as described in terms of condition - contact me and I will have it replaced immediately.
- When you purchase from Montessori Climber, you're like family to me. I will personally assist in any possible to make sure you are satisfied with your climber.
