Shipping is ALWAYS FREE and included in the price of all our products.
Our supplier ships from one of three different locations. Many of the most popular products ship from a warehouse in Chicago, which affords fast shipping to anywhere in the contiguous United States. There is also a warehouse in Poland, which offers shipping to Europe. Some products may ship directly from the manufacturing facility in Ukraine, where some products are made-to-order.
Shipping times to the USA based on shipping location:
- USA (Pre-Stocked): 3-5 days
- Poland (Pre-Stocked): 5-8 days
- Ukraine (Made-to-Order): 8-14 days
Customs & Duties
- For shipments inside the US and most of the EU there is no import duty or customs fee.
- For Canada, the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland, the carrier may collect customs & duties on delivery. They are not included in our price.
Returns & Exchanges
Our products are eligible for return within 30 days of receiving the shipment, provided they are:
- Disassembled
- In its original packaging
- Unused and undamaged
Please note! Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For these large sets, shipping is often 30-40% of the cost, so please measure your space first and ask us anything before placing you order.
Damaged Shipments
If your order was damaged in anyway during shipment, please send us an email at support@montessoriclimber.com with a picture of the damage so we can send you a replacement part as soon as possible.
Stolen parcels
If tracking shows delivered and the carrier provides proof of delivery to the provided address, we cannot offer a refund or a replacement of the item. Please try to be home to receive the shipment as large packages can be attractive to porch pirates. If this happens to you, file with the carrier and we will give you everything we have on our end to support the claim.
