Climbing frames are for supervised play. Children should be within sight and reach of an adult while using it, particularly in the first few weeks.

Use indoors on a flat, level floor. A rug or mat underneath softens a fall and stops the frame creeping.
Leave clear space on all sides, clear from sharp furniture, radiators, glass and stairs.
One child on the frame at a time.
Check the locking bars and all fixings before each session, and re-tighten anything that has worked loose.
Fold and store it out of reach when it isn’t in use and never store outside.
Keep to the stated maximum load and age range.
Stop using it and contact us for a replacement part if you find a crack or a split.

Items are tested to withstand 220 lbs, but intended use is rated at 130 lbs.
All furniture is CE and CPC certified due to the major international toy safety Standards, including EN71, ASTM F963, 16CFR, and 15USC 1278a.

Shipping is ALWAYS FREE and included in the price of all our products.

Our supplier ships from one of three different locations. Many of the most popular products ship from a warehouse in Chicago, which affords fast shipping to anywhere in the contiguous United States. There is also a warehouse in Poland, which offers shipping to Europe. Some products may ship directly from the manufacturing facility in Ukraine, where some products are made-to-order.

Shipping times to the USA based on shipping location:

USA (Pre-Stocked): 3-5 days
Poland (Pre-Stocked): 5-8 days
Ukraine (Made-to-Order): 8-14 days

Customs & Duties

For shipments inside the US and most of the EU there is no import duty or customs fee.
For Canada, the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland, the carrier may collect customs & duties on delivery. They are not included in our price.

Returns & Exchanges

Our products are eligible for return within 30 days of receiving the shipment, provided they are:

Disassembled
In its original packaging
Unused and undamaged

Please note! Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For these large sets, shipping is often 30-40% of the cost, so please measure your space first and ask us anything before placing you order.

Damaged Shipments

If your order was damaged in anyway during shipment, please send us an email at support@montessoriclimber.com with a picture of the damage so we can send you a replacement part as soon as possible.

Stolen parcels

If tracking shows delivered and the carrier provides proof of delivery to the provided address, we cannot offer a refund or a replacement of the item. Please try to be home to receive the shipment as large packages can be attractive to porch pirates. If this happens to you, file with the carrier and we will give you everything we have on our end to support the claim.

We offer the following warranties on our products

5 years on all wooden furniture
10 years on the wooden dowels
30 days on textile parts (covers, cushions, tent)

The warranty covers defects in the materials and workmanship for the original purchaser. It does not cover normal wear and tear, damage as a result of outdoor use (weather or sun damage), incorrect assembly, modifications, or loss and theft after delivery.
