A-Frame Jungle Gym

The Swedish Ladder Bridge monkey bars must be secured to the wall for safe and stable use. The bars are made for hanging, so it is essential that you use proper padding beneath the bars to ensure a soft landing for any falls.

• Use indoors, on a solid vertical wall.
• Make sure the area around is clear of sharp furniture, radiators, or other hazards.
• Use a mat or soft padding beneath the bars.
• Supervised play, with an adult within reach to catch younger or new climbers.
• One child on the bars at a time.
• Check the wall fixings and tighten the bolts every couple of months, and after heavy use.
• Keep to the stated maximum load and age range.
• Don't add ropes or swings that didn't come with the kit.
• Stop using it and contact us for a replacement part if you find a crack or a split.

• USA (Warehouse): 3-5 days
• Poland (Warehouse): 5-8 days
• Ukraine (Manufacturing): 8-14 days

Customs & Duties

• For shipments inside the US and most of the EU there is no import duty or customs fee.
• For Canada, the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland, the carrier may collect customs & duties on delivery. They are not included in our price.

Returns & Exchanges
Our products are eligible for return within 30 days of receiving the shipment, provided they are:

• Disassembled
• In its original packaging
• Unused and undamaged

Please note! Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For these large sets, shipping is often 30-40% of the cost, so please measure your space first and ask us anything before placing you order.

Damaged Shipments
If your order was damaged in anyway during shipment, please send us an email at support@montessoriclimber.com with a picture of what was broken so we can get you a replacement part sent out as soon as possible.

Stolen parcels.
If tracking shows delivered and the carrier provides proof of delivery to the
right address, we cannot offer a refund or a replacement of the item. Please try to be home to receive the shipment as large packages can be attractive to porch pirates. If this happens to you, file with the carrier and we will give you everything we have on our end to support the claim.

We offer the following warranties on our products

• 2 years on all wooden furniture
• 10 years on the wooden dowels
• 30 days on textile parts (covers, cushions, tent)

The warranty covers defects in the materials and workmanship for the original purchaser. It does not cover normal wear and tear, damage as a result of outdoor use (weather or sun damage), incorrect assembly, modifications, or loss and theft after delivery.
